Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA INC in South Boston, Virginia, seeks a Quality Systems Analyst to maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and operational goals while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

You will support audits, administer electronic QMS functions such as document control, revisions, and reviews, coordinate nonconformance and corrective actions, maintain PFMEAs and Control Plans, and

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality management systems.
  • Experience supporting audits and audit readiness activities.
  • Familiarity with CAPA, nonconformance, and corrective action processes.
  • Experience with document control systems and quality data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System per ISO 9001:2015.
  • Coordinate internal, customer, and external audits.
  • Administer the electronic QMS, including document control and revisions.
  • Support CAPA and nonconformance management and corrective actions.
  • Analyze quality data to identify improvements.
