Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Environmental, Chemical, or Occupational Health Sciences.
• Around 8 years of HSE experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• At least 3 years in a people or team leadership role.

• Lead and develop a high-performing HSSE team that supports site objectives.
• Design and execute HSSE strategies focused on learning and prevention.
• Partner with site leaders through coaching and trusted advisory support.

• Use audits and inspections as tools for insight and improvement.
