bioMérieux Salt Lake City is seeking a knowledgeable HSE Technician II to strengthen Health, Safety & Environmental programs across the site. You will identify hazards, perform inspections, conduct JHAs, investigate incidents, and help drive safety improvements.

The role emphasizes OSHA-aligned practices, training delivery, and collaboration with leaders to foster a proactive safety culture and regulatory compliance. Local site responsibilities may span multiple Utah facilities.

Qualifications

• Six years of HSE experience with three years performing OSHA-related duties in manufacturing.
• Experience developing and delivering safety trainings to individuals and groups.
• Experience conducting workplace safety inspections, investigations, and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and improve health, safety, and environmental programs and policies.
• Conduct inspections, assessments, JHAs, and incident investigations with root-cause analysis.
• Deliver safety training, partner with leaders, and support corrective actions and reporting.
