KIND High Point is seeking an HSE Specialist to support development and continuous improvement of the HSE management systems, partnering with the HSE Manager and site leadership to strengthen safety culture. You will champion incident management, hazard recognition, training, and regulatory readiness while maintaining audit-ready processes across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering preferred.
• Experience with HSE information systems and data analysis.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Support development and continuous improvement of HSE management systems.
• Translate action plans into work plans, owners, milestones.
• Maintain audit-ready state with compliance to federal/state/local requirements.
• Lead root cause analysis using Human and Organizational Performance principles.
• Develop site training programs and deliver engaging trainings.
• Oversee environmental compliance programs (air, stormwater, wastewater, waste).
