We are hiring immediately a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Specialist for the Western Region.

What you will do:

• Plan, implement, and enforce the organization’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Conduct assessments of workplace environments to identify hazards and risks.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 Management Systems requirements.
• Analyze incident reports and trends to develop accident prevention strategies.
• Ensure legal, regulatory, and certification compliance; implement HSE procedures.
• Manage accident investigations, follow-up actions, and conduct audits.
• Perform HSE audits of Service Centers to ensure ISO compliance.
• Identify training needs, facilitate HSE communications, and provide proactive guidance.
• Maintain effective relationships across functions and with line management, managing HSE documentation and risk assessments.
• Manage all aspects of work-related injuries, vehicle accidents, and spills, including investigations, root cause analysis, and claims management.

Skills and experience required:

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in the HSE field.
• Eight to ten years of experience in Petroleum, Chemical, or Oil and Gas industries.
• Knowledge and experience in controlling risks across different sites.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proven track record in developing HSE programs.
• Experience with process improvement projects and implementation.
