We are hiring immediately a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Specialist for the Western Region — a role that will help us to power progress for our customers.

What you will do:

• Plan, implement, and enforce the organization’s Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures
• Conduct thorough assessments of workplace environments to identify potential hazards and risks
• Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 Management Systems requirements
• Analyze incident reports and trends to develop accident prevention strategies
• Ensure legal, regulatory, and certification compliance, and implement HSE procedures
• Manage accident investigations, follow-up actions, and conduct audits
• Perform comprehensive HSE audits of Service Centers to ensure ISO compliance
• Identify training needs, facilitate HSE communication, and offer proactive guidance
• Foster effective relationships across functions and with line management, maintaining HSE documentation and risk assessments
• Manage all aspects of work-related injuries, vehicle accidents, and spills, including investigation, root cause analysis, and claims management

We are looking for candidates with:

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in the HSE field
• Eight to ten years of experience in Petroleum, Chemical, Oil, and Gas industries
• Knowledge and experience in controlling a broad range of risks across different sites
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proven record of developing and implementing successful HSE programs
• Experience with process improvement projects and implementation
