Job Description Summary

Job Description
About the Role:
  1. Serve as the subject matter expert for Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and act as the primary interface within defined geographic regions for both Cushman & Wakefield and client representatives.
  2. Adapt and standardize EHS processes, plans, and activity calendars to operate effectively across the client account.
  3. Design and implement an EHS audit program to monitor compliance with statutory regulations, reduce risks, and enhance performance against Cushman & Wakefield's EHS management systems and client expectations.
  4. Develop and deliver EHS training and awareness programs for site contacts.
  5. Implement safe working practices and procedures, maintaining high safety awareness through employee training.
  6. Advise country safety and security staff, and where applicable, senior management on safety and security during emergencies. Participate in the Country Crisis Management Team and actively manage emergencies affecting countries within the region. Escalate issues to regional and group safety and security teams as appropriate.
About You:
  1. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HSW management or a related field.
  2. Knowledge of local industry safety regulations and possession of required in-country licenses.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  4. Ability to communicate effectively with executive-level clients and individuals at all organizational levels.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with business-level English proficiency.
  6. Experience in a corporate environment and strong stakeholder management skills are advantageous.
