Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-5 years of experience in HSE, environmental compliance, or manufacturing safety.
• Experience with EPA reporting, air permits, water compliance (NPDES), and sustainability reporting tools (e.g., Metrio) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HSE policies and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA).
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Manage environmental reporting, permits, and documentation.
• Coordinate monthly data submissions and reporting (e.g., NPDES, EPA).
• Lead quarterly and annual compliance activities and audits.
• Serve as primary liaison with OSHA, EPA and state agencies.
• Communicate risks and regulatory updates to site leadership.
