Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics seeks an Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Coordinator for the Lancaster campus. You will promote a safety-first culture, plan and deliver safety policies, and ensure compliance with OSHA and regulatory requirements.

The role involves managing training, investigations, and documentation while supporting plant leadership. The position requires 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to work a Sunday-Wednesday 6am-4:30pm

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related safety experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA and federal safety standards.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; able to communicate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and evaluate department safety programs.
• Conduct safety training and update programs to meet OSHA requirements.
• Maintain OSHA records and reporting; coordinate investigations.
• Lead safety meetings and analyze incident trends for corrective actions.
• Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
