Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, occupational health and safety, or a related field.
• CSP or CIH certification preferred; 1–3 years in a relevant field.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site activities for safety program compliance.
• Train and coach personnel in risk reduction methods.
• Develop site safety training and new hire orientations.
• Maintain safety records and KPI programs.
• Assist with incident reports, root cause analysis, and Gemba walks.
