Job summary

ARaymond Network in Logansport, Indiana seeks an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Specialist to implement and continually improve HSE programs across our metal forming and heat treatment operations. The role supports plant leadership and operations teams to manage risks and promote a proactive safety culture.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years in manufacturing HSE, comprehensive knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations, and experience with ISO 14001/45001.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental, industrial hygiene, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment emphasizing health, safety, and training.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. OSHA, EPA or state ENV regulations.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and 45001 or similar HSE management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite HSE resource.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA/EGLE and ARaymond HSE standards.
• Lead hazard-reduction initiatives and investigations using root-cause methods.
• Develop and maintain Job Hazard Analyses / Job Safety Analyses for high‑risk tasks.
• Partner with maintenance and engineering to ensure machine guarding and energy-control plans.
