Job summary

ANDRITZ in Neenah, WI is seeking an HSE Generalist to assist in creating and communicating the overall safety and environmental program at the local plant, coordinating with Appleton and Green Bay sites. You will work with operations leaders to identify risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE programs, conducting inspections, and preparing environmental and safety reports to support corporate standards across RCRA and TSCA

Qualifications

• HSE experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Travel to North America locations with ability to climb stairs, ladders, and lift < 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a written workplace HSE program at local level, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Assist in establishing HSE programs to ensure workplace safety for employees, contractors, and guests.
• Document findings through Andritz systems and forms.
• Administer safety trainings via the Safety management program.
