Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an HSE Coordinator to lead our safety program across two Wisconsin industrial sites (Appleton and Neenah) and support field teams nationwide. You will develop safety metrics and a behavior-based program, ensure compliance with OSHA and internal policies, coach stakeholders, and drive risk reductions.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a safety-related field and at least five years of progressive HSE experience; starting salary is $110,000 with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HSE experience, with a track record as a change agent
• Demonstrated success building a strong safety culture and rolling out safety innovations
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards and other relevant safety regulations
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, up and down the organization
• A proactive mindset, you spot problems before they become incidents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and mitigating risk
• Professional HSE certification is a plus, not required
