Job summary

TT Electronics, in Kentucky, seeks an on-site HSE Technician to implement and improve Health, Safety, and Environmental programs on the production floor. You will work with the HSE Manager to ensure regulatory compliance, conduct inspections, and promote a proactive safety culture.

On-site Monday through Friday, US persons per ITAR, with opportunities to engage in training, audits, and environmental initiatives across facilities. Strong communication and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years HSE in manufacturing preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 and First Aid/CPR/AED preferred or obtainable.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
• ITAR: U.S. person required.

Responsibilities

• Identify hazards and opportunities for improvement on the production floor.
• Conduct routine HSE inspections and safety walks.
• Assist with JHAs, risk assessments, procedures, and safe work practices.
• Support incident and near-miss investigations and corrective action tracking.
• Recommend improvements to equipment, processes, and work practices to enhance safety and environmental performance.
• Assist with HSE training, communications, and employee engagement activities.
• Support environmental programs, including waste, chemical, and spill management.
• Inspect and maintain records for emergency and safety equipment.
• Maintain HSE records, reports, metrics, and required documentation.
• Support regulatory, corporate, and internal HSE audits and inspections.
• Assist with emergency preparedness, ergonomic assessments, and contractor safety.
