The candidate should bring CHST certification or equivalent experience and a degree. Expect mentoring, safety program development, and ongoing collaboration to maintain a safe work environment across sites.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year related degree and CHST certification, or substantial alternative experience.
• On-site construction safety leadership with ability to mentor juniors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Project Safety Plans and oversee HSE practices on sites.
• Conduct hazard identifications and incident investigations; implement corrective actions.
• Deliver safety training and lead pre-task planning and safety meetings.
• Coordinate with field leadership and subcontractors to ensure safety standards.
