Hall Drilling LLC seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental programs across our field operations. You will serve as a key liaison between hands-on crews, supervisors, and management to foster a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.

You will conduct safety training, audits, and investigations, draft policies, and travel to regional job sites to maintain a visible safety presence. A robust background in oilfield safety and OSHA/DOT knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dedicated HSE experience in oil & gas, oilfield services, construction, heavy trucking, or related industries.
• Experience with safety programs, training, and incident investigations.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and environmental regulations for field ops.

Responsabilités

• Lead safety training sessions and toolbox talks for employees at varying levels.
• Bridge communication between field operations and corporate management on safety protocols.
• Provide first aid support and guide wellness scenarios.
• Prepare detailed safety reports and incident documentation for management.
• Draft and enforce safety policies, JSAs, SOPs, and safety communications.
• Conduct field audits and site inspections at wells, roads, and yards.
• Lead investigations into incidents and near misses; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain license and travel to regional job sites to maintain visibility.
