Patterson-UTI Drilling Company, LLC seeks an HSE Supervisor to manage and advance safety and environmental programs across designated operations. You will lead a team of HSE Advisors, promote a proactive safety culture, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards during drilling activities.

The role requires deep knowledge of HSE in heavy industrial/offshore drilling and a track record of training, incident investigations, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Five years in a field HSE role, with at least 2 years in drilling.
• Strong understanding of drilling processes, equipment and systems.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to meet Vehicle Use Agreement and Driving Policy.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; OHST/CSHO certification considered a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the HSE team and coordinate with leadership to ensure consistent, effective HSE practices.
• Lead risk-based HSE management across all operations and audits.
• Plan and conduct HSE audits, training, and hazard assessments in designated areas.
• Provide guidance and coaching on safety policies and incident investigations.
