Michels Energy Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator to support safety, health, and environmental programs across project sites in the United States.

The role involves site visitations, audits, incident investigations, emergency response, and coordinating trainings and orientations for new hires. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in safety and 5+ years in the oil/gas sector, with a valid driver's license, travel readiness, and bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety role.
• 5 years of experience in the oil or gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response.
• Assist operations with compliance and communication of HSE programs by conducting meetings, trainings, and new hire orientations.
• Travel to projects across the United States.
