Job summary

Westlake Royal Building Products seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental programs across 15 manufacturing sites. You will manage a team of 13 HSE specialists, develop strategies, and ensure compliant implementation of programs and policies while reducing site risk.

The role combines technical expertise with hands-on leadership, supporting smaller sites and cross-functional teams. 50% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science or related field.
• Previous people-management experience across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of OSHA 1910, OSHA 1926 and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement HSE policies and guidelines across sites.
• Lead 13 HSE specialists across 15 sites.
• Serve as SME on health and safety laws and regulations.
