Join to apply for the HSE Manager role at Sodexo

This role is for a Regional Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager supporting occupational health, safety, and environmental initiatives across multiple sites for a multinational consumer products company. The candidate will work collaboratively with the Director of HSE and Facilities Director to deploy the HSE management system and strategic initiatives fostering a zero-harm safety culture.

Location: Remote (must be able to travel 40%)

Responsibilities include:

1. Review policies and procedures to control occupational health, safety, and environmental hazards in compliance with regulations.
2. Measure the effectiveness of HS&E strategies and programs.
3. Support and follow directives from the Corporate HSE Director.
4. Assist in preparing risk registers and conducting audits.
5. Recommend and manage safety devices and equipment.
6. Provide guidance during inspections and investigations.
7. Produce HS&E reports and conduct employee training.
8. Track incident trends and conduct site inspections.
9. Present safety updates and perform on-site consulting.
10. Sustainability data tracking for multiple units.
