Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a qualified Regional Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to support occupational health, safety, and environmental initiatives across multiple sites for a multinational consumer products company. The Regional HSE Manager will work collaboratively with the Director of HSE and Facilities Director to deploy the HSE management system and strategic initiatives that foster a zero-harm safety culture.

Incentives

This role is remote, and the selected candidate MUST be able to travel 40% of the time.

What You'll Do

1. Review policies and procedures for controlling occupational health, safety, and environmental hazards in compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
2. Measure the effectiveness of HS&E strategies and programs objectively.
3. Support and follow directives from the Corporate Services' HSE Director.
4. Assist with risk register preparation.
5. Conduct occupational health, safety, and environmental audits.
6. Recommend and manage safety devices and equipment to protect employees and customers.
7. Provide guidance during inspections and investigations by OSHA, EPA, DOT, fire marshals, etc.
8. Produce progress reports on HS&E objectives.
9. Train employees on HS&E topics as needed.
10. Track incident trends and facilitate remedial actions.
11. Conduct site inspections and implement corrective actions.
12. Present safety updates at leadership and client meetings.
13. Sustainability data tracking for multiple units.
