ABB offers a two-year rotational trainee program within the Electrification business group, designed to develop skills across manufacturing operations, supply chain, purchasing, logistics, HSE, continuous improvement, and supervision. Rotations include 6 months, 6 months, and 12 months and will be aligned to business needs and individual interests.

Participants gain hands-on experience by designing and executing projects, updating production lines, and driving lean practices.

Qualificações

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Safety Management, Environmental, Health and Safety Engineering (or related), with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Preferred internships or co-ops in the field.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
• Proven project management experience with ability to manage timelines and deliverables.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Support risk assessments, ensure effective hazard controls are implemented, and assist supervisors in meeting regulatory, company, and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate incident reporting and support investigations to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Promote a strong safety and environmental culture by coaching employees and reinforcing safe work practices.
• Support the implementation of HSE programs, projects, objectives, and improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to diverse social events and build a broad network within ABB.
