Job summary

Wabtec Corporation offers a 2-year LEAD Operations – EHS Rotational Development Program in the United States. You will rotate through Health & Safety and Environmental roles, leading a small site EHS team while building lean and continuous improvement skills.

Graduates or soon-to-be graduates with a four-year degree in safety or related fields will gain hands-on experience across multiple sites, with relocation and travel support provided.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Safety Management, EHS, Occupational Health & Safety, Systems Engineering or related technical field.
• Graduating by May/June 2027.
• Willingness and ability to travel and relocate within the United States
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Complete four 6-month rotations across Health & Safety and Environmental roles.
• Interact with employees to assess hazards and implement safety practices.
• Develop skills in lean, 5S, continuous improvement, audits, investigations and data management.
• Lead a small site EHS team during rotations and participate in leadership training
