Job summary
Wabtec is launching the LEAD Operations – EHS Rotational Development Program in the United States. This two-year program features four rotations, including health & safety, environmental, and leadership roles, designed to build your expertise and leadership potential.
Participants will gain experience across lean, 5S and continuous improvement, while learning OSHA/EPA regulations, auditing, trainings, and data management. Relocation and travel benefits are offered to support assignments.
Qualifications
- Graduating by May/June 2027.
- Willingness and ability to travel and relocate within the United States.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- Overall GPA >= 3.0 (4.0 scale).
- Prior work or internship in an EHS-related role.
Responsibilities
- Complete a 2-year rotational program with four 6-month rotations.
- Interact with employees on health and safety, assess hazards, and implement controls.
- Develop knowledge in OSHA, EPA and state requirements, audits, investigations, training and data management.
- Lead a small site EHS team during rotations and contribute to program operations.
