Job summary

ARaymond in Logansport, IN is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Specialist to implement and continually improve HSE programs across metal forming operations. You will lead hazard-reduction initiatives, investigations, and training, partnering with plant leadership to foster a proactive safety culture.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in safety/industrial hygiene, 5+ years in manufacturing, and strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental, industrial hygiene, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment emphasizing health, safety, and training.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. OSHA, EPA or state ENV regulations.
• Experience with ISO 14001 and 45001 or similar HSE management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite HSE resource (Logansport, IN).
• Support daily HSE operations ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA/EGLE and ARaymond HSE standards.
• Lead development, review, and maintenance of JHAs/JSAs for high‑risk tasks.
• Partner with engineering/maintenance to ensure machine guarding, LOTO, and energy-control plans.
