Job summary

Bolder Industries is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to lead safety programs at Carmel, IN or Terre Haute, IN. This role drives OSHA compliance, environmental regulations, and continuous safety improvements on the manufacturing floor.

You will develop training, manage incident investigations, risk assessments, and coordinate with corporate leadership on policy updates. A degree in safety/environmental science and 3–5+ years of manufacturing safety experience are preferred,

Qualifications

• Minimum of Associate’s degree (preferred Bachelor’s degree) in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of safety management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3-5+ years of safety management experience in a PSM regulated manufacturing facility.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective safety solutions.
• Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP, or OSHA 30/40 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build strong cross-functional relationships and lead regular compliance meetings.
• Assist with site safety committee meetings and drive employee engagement in safety initiatives.
• Develop EH&S training, train personnel, and maintain accurate records.
• Lead project development with EH&S goal setting and ensure safe practices across all operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain site safety programs and record keeping in compliance with OSHA General Industry standards.
