Job summary

Bolder Industries is seeking a proactive Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) Manager to lead safety programs across our Carmel, IN or Terre Haute, IN manufacturing sites. You will ensure OSHA compliance, manage permits, and drive continuous safety improvements to protect employees and facilities.

In this role, you will develop EH&S policies, train staff, investigate incidents, track leading and lagging metrics, and coordinate with regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of safety management experience in manufacturing.
• 3–5+ years in a PSM-regulated facility.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and environmental regulations.
• Professional CSP/ASP or OSHA 30/40 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site EH&S programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Develop and implement safety policies and training.
• Conduct incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Manage hazard communication, PPE, and permits.
• Track safety metrics and report to leadership.
• Coordinate regulatory inspections.
