The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong data and report-writing skills, and the ability to train staff on incident management and learning programs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related discipline preferred.
• Experience in Health, Safety, and Environmental programs with incident management focus.
• Experience with incident-management systems or enterprise asset-management systems such as Maximo.

Aufgaben

• Lead incident investigations and manage events, coordinating with HSE, Operations, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and coordinate HRPP processes and quarterly Lessons Learned Bulletins (LLBs).
• Provide Maximo incident management support and training to field personnel.
• Support U.S. RIMS reporting and audits related to incident management.
• Create clear HSE communications, including bulletins, alerts, and learning materials.
• Ensure compliance with relevant documentation standards and internal controls.
