Job summary

Cotton Holdings seeks an experienced HSE Manager in Houston, TX to drive the development and execution of safety programs across multiple divisions and projects. You will mentor HSE Specialists to uphold OSHA compliance and align initiatives with the company’s safety goals.

You will partner with leaders to improve safety performance, coordinate audits and investigations, and deliver effective training while coordinating with external vendors and managing site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Safety/related field.
• 5+ years in HSE roles; supervisory experience preferred.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• English required; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE management system.
• Communicate HSE metrics and policies to leadership.
• Oversee audits and incident investigations.
• Coordinate 3rd party safety vendors as needed.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and training programs.
