Michels Energy Group, Inc. in Anderson, IN is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator I to support field operations across the United States.

You will conduct job-site visits, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response, ensuring compliance with our HSE programs. The role requires some travel, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and preferred bilingual English/Spanish speakers.

Qualifications

• 0 years in a safety role, 2 years in oil or gas industry preferred
• Experience with transmission lines preferred
• Board of Certified Safety Professionals and/or Certified Utility Safety Professional credentialing (desired)
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Flexible and varied work schedule including nights and weekends
• Travel up to 100% of the time across the United States
• Rotations of 30 days on and 10 days off

Responsabilités

• Perform job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response.
• Assist operations with compliance and communication of existing HSE programs by conducting meetings and trainings.
• Deliver new hire orientations and ongoing HSE training.
