Job summary

Michels Energy Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator II to support the company’s mission-critical energy projects. You will conduct job-site visits, audits, and incident investigations, and respond to emergencies across the United States.

You will also assist operations with HSE program compliance, conduct trainings, and deliver new hire orientations, with travel up to 75% regionally. Bachelor's degree preferred; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety role.
• 5 years of experience in the oil or gas industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response.
• Assist operations with compliance and communication of existing HSE programs by performing meetings, trainings, and new hire orientations.
• Travel to projects across the United States.
