Job summary

Michels Energy Group, Inc. is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator II to perform job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response. You will support operations by communicating and enforcing HSE programs and conducting meetings, trainings, and new hire orientations.

Travel across the United States is required. The role requires at least 3 years in safety and 5 years in the oil/gas industry, with a Bachelor's degree preferred and English/Spanish

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum in a safety role
• 5 years of experience in the oil or gas industry
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Ability to travel up to 75% regionally
• Valid driver license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response.
• Assist operations with compliance and communication of HSE programs through meetings, trainings, and new hire orientations.
