Job summary

Michels Energy Holdings seeks a Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator to lead on-site safety activities, audits, investigations, and emergency response. You will support operations by communicating and enforcing HSE programs across projects nationwide.

The role requires travel across the United States, a background in oil or gas safety, and the ability to conduct trainings and orientations for new hires. A valid driver's license is required and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a safety role
• 5 years of experience in the oil or gas industry
• A valid driver license for the type of vehicles you may drive
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time across the United States
• Flexible and varied work schedule including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Perform job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response
• Assist operations with compliance and communication of HSE programs
• Conduct meetings, trainings, and new hire orientations
