Job summary

Michels Energy Holdings is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator to support safety programs across projects nationwide. You will conduct site visits, audits, investigations, and emergency responses, while assisting operations with compliance and training initiatives.

The role includes travel across the United States, coordination of meetings and orientations, and collaboration with multiple teams to reinforce safety culture and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of safety role experience.
• 5+ years in the oil or gas industry.
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform job-site visitations, audits, incident investigations, and emergency response.
• Assist operations with compliance and communication of HSE programs via meetings, trainings, and new hire orientations.
• Travel to projects across the United States.
• Support HSE program administration and reporting.
