Job summary

cscexternalcareersite is seeking a Health, Safety & Environment professional to manage HSE programs, drive risk assessments, inspections and incident management in a manufacturing setting. You will lead training initiatives and align practices with corporate HSE standards.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years in HSE, OSHA 30 or equivalent, and strong communication skills to coach staff and supervisors at all levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred depending on role.
• Bachelor’s degree in health and safety or related field preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred or accessible within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Advise management on applicable HSE legal and corporate requirements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulatory standards and maintain safety policies.
• Develop and implement HSE programs including risk assessment, inspections, incidents, and training.
• Identify training needs and deliver risk-specific programs.
• Support supervisors in implementing HSE programs across the organization.
• Measure HSE performance and report to Tactical Committee and Corporate Team.
• Conduct safety audits and investigations; recommend corrective actions.
• Encourage employee participation in safety programs and maintain documentation.
