Ledcor Technical Services in Fargo, ND seeks an HS&E Advisor to lead health, safety, and environment practices at the job site. You provide expert advice to operations teams and clients, guiding HS&E personnel with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include hazard assessments, on-site guidance, mentorship of coordinators, data reporting, incident investigations, and injury management. This hybrid role requires travel and the ability to work across Ledcor sites.

Formación

• 1+ years as an HSE professional; telecommunications experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to influence stakeholders across project levels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop hazard assessments, inspections, and audits and report findings.
• Provide on-site guidance for HS&E programs and emergency response.
• Mentor HSE Coordinators and Advisors and support investigations.
• Collect data, analyze safety metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Lead complex incident investigations and train teams on processes.
• Support return-to-work and preventive safety measures.
