The HSE Administrator will coordinate training, maintain records, track incidents and corrective actions, and support audits across site leadership, field, and shop personnel.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining ISNetworld, Veriforce, PEC, and Avetta contractor management tools.
• Experience managing a DOT/Non-DOT random drug testing pool.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or safety coursework is a plus.
• 1–3 years of administrative experience supporting an HSE, EHS, or compliance function.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HSE contractor management tools — ISNetworld, Veriforce, PEC, Avetta.
• Manage DOT and Non-DOT random drug testing pools and schedule post-accident drug screens.
• Maintain HSE records, logs, and databases: training records, incident reports, inspection checklists, safety data sheets, and permits.
• Track completion of required safety training and certifications, and send reminders ahead of renewals and expirations.
• Help schedule and document safety meetings, toolbox talks, and site inspections.
• Support incident and near-miss reporting, including data entry and follow-up on corrective action status.
• Help prepare materials for internal and external HSE audits.
• Assist with regulatory recordkeeping, including OSHA 300 logs.
• Prepare routine reports and metrics summaries for HSE leadership.
• Support new-hire HSE onboarding documentation.
