Job summary

MMR Group in Texas is seeking an HSE Trainer to support safety and compliance by keeping employee training current, documented, and tracked. You will maintain training records, coordinate required safety training, and assist with audits and client reviews.

The role is primarily office-based with occasional travel to project sites and a standard Monday–Friday schedule; proficiency with MS Office and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in administrative, training coordination, or safety roles.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and construction safety practices preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee training records and databases.
• Develop and update training matrices by craft, role, project, and client.
• Monitor training expirations and notify staff of renewals.
• Coordinate and schedule safety training, orientations, and refresher courses.
• Prepare documentation for audits, inspections, and client reviews.
• Generate reports on training completion and compliance for management.
