Job summary

Coopers Houston is seeking an experienced HSE Supervisor to lead health, safety, and environmental programs in a busy manufacturing facility in Humble, Texas. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, risk assessments, and developing a proactive safety culture.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's in a related field, at least 3 years in HSE roles within metal processing or heavy manufacturing, and hands-on experience with OSHA, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Occupational Safety & Health (or related field) with manufacturing exposure.
• Minimum 3 years in Health, Safety & Environmental roles within industrial ops.
• Experience with OSHA compliance, environmental permits, and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE programs across the plant.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, state regulations, and ISO 14001/45001.
• Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
• Maintain emergency plans, waste management, and environmental reporting.
• Support contractor safety programs and training.
