The HSC Adjunct Faculty Member is a non-tenure track facultyposition that provides didactic and/or clinical teaching supportfor the Undergraduate Nursing Program within the Texas TechUniversity Health Sciences Center School of Nursing. The adjunctfaculty member collaborates with course faculty and programleadership to facilitate student learning, evaluate studentperformance, and contribute clinical expertise to supportachievement of program and course outcomes.
This position reports directly to the Program Director and supportsthe academic mission of the School of Nursing through excellence inteaching, mentorship, and student engagement.
The ideal candidate is a clinically competent and student-focusednursing professional who is passionate about developing the nextgeneration of nurses. This individual demonstrates excellence innursing practice, strong communication skills, and a commitment tofostering student success in both classroom and clinicalenvironments.
