Qualifications

• Advanced degree plus 10+ years of related experience, or 15+ years total.

• Proven project management across multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Building roadmaps aligned with DHS S&T priorities and emerging threats.
• Facilitating cross-functional coordination among Portfolio/Program Managers and DHS components.
• Tracking progress, reviewing deliverables, and reporting status to senior leadership.
• Supporting technology transitions and coordination with partners to enable operations.
• Leading change management initiatives across programs and adapting strategies.
