Noblis is seeking a seasoned Budget and Financial Analyst to join the HSARPA Front Office, supporting the Finance and Budget team. The role involves budgeting, cost analysis, and strategic financial planning for DHS programs.

Ideal candidates will have experience with PPBE processes and proficiency in Power BI, Looker, or Tableau, enabling effective reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders across multiple DHS components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years of experience or Master’s with 5+ years.
• Applicants may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility for access to classified information.
• Applicants must be eligible to receive DHS Suitability.

Responsibilities

• Provide preparation, analysis, and entry into relevant systems of budget and financial data.
• Develop financial reports leveraging visualization and analysis tools.
• Prepare briefing materials and financial reports for senior stakeholders.
• Present information to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Verify budget data and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Contribute to budget strategy and maintain financial spreadsheets and databases.
