Noblis is seeking experts to support the DHS S&T HSARPA program from a hybrid environment with in-person collaboration in Washington, DC as needed. The role emphasizes project management, technical reviews, and routine briefings for national security initiatives.

The successful candidate will bring DHS/ government program experience, strong communication, and a proactive problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience.
• Advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage scope, budget, risks, schedule, and other project aspects.
• Contribute to central repository of technical program information (reports, requirements).
• Monitor program and technical performance against goals.
• Coordinate meetings, discussions, and seminars on related topics.
• Develop and review R&D program solicitations and documentation.
• Create status reports, briefings, and read-ahead materials.
• Provide technical and programmatic reviews of deliverables.
• Share overviews of cyber, AI/SI, and related technologies.
