Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. seeks an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to mentor regional HS&E professionals and verify effective application of the HS&E program.

Reporting to the Director of HS&E, you will lead the HS&E management team to enhance the culture within Ledcor and work with operations to align objectives. You will build a cohesive team, participate in recruitment and evaluation of HS&E personnel, and drive continuous improvement through proactive programs and audits

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial Health and Safety experience in a management/leadership position.
• 5+ years in industrial construction, telecom or related industry with HS&E experience.
• Strong computer, MS Office, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentors and coaches HS&E employees on job performance and development.
• Collaborates with regional operations to align HS&E objectives with operational goals.
• Identifies and verifies effective HS&E programs; leads site visits and audits.
• Participates in complex incident investigations and regulatory coordination.
