You will lead audits, investigations and program development in a fast-paced industrial construction environment, requiring 5+ years in construction or related sectors and professional HS&E designations."

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial HS&E management.
• 5+ years in industrial construction or telecom.
• Strong computer, MS Office, and presentation skills.
• Degree in OH&S is asset.
• NCSO/CRSP or related designation pursued.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach HS&E staff to improve performance.
• Lead and verify effective HS&E program implementation with operations.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and audits for compliance.
• Lead complex incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Align HS&E objectives with operational goals and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance.
