Job summary

Ledcor is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to mentor regional HS&E professionals and align HS&E objectives with operational goals. You will drive culture, coach teams, and verify effective HS&E program application across operations.

Requirements include 3+ years in management, 5+ years in industrial construction or telecom, and OH&S credentials. A strong MS Office and presentation skillset is expected along with leadership capability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in management/leadership in health and safety.
• 5+ years in industrial construction, telecom or related industry with HS&E experience.
• Degree/Diploma in OH&S or related discipline is an asset.
• National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO), CRSP or related HS&E designation
• Ability to lead and mentor HS&E professionals to expand knowledge and skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach HS&E employees on performance and development.
• Collaborate with HS&E management to implement effective programs.
• Analyze indicators to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and verification audits.
• Participate in complex incident investigations.
• Support alignment between HS&E and operations with clear guidance.
