• Acts as leader and manager for the athletic program
• Develops a regular practice schedule and organizes time for development
• Coaches and instructs players on rules, equipment and techniques
• Maintains eligibility forms, data and records for the team
• Schedules facilities and works with Directors for practices and competition
• Monitors academic performance of team members throughout the year
