Qualifications

• Valid Iowa Coaching Endorsement or Coaching Authorization required.
• Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
• Coaching and/or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in operating the athletic program.
• Instruct players on rules, techniques and equipment usage as directed by the head coach.
• Adhere to district regulations and maintain athlete eligibility forms.
• Supervise athletes at all times and support team activities and meetings.
• Maintain respectful conduct toward players, officials, and spectators.
• Attend staff development and related activities to improve coaching performance.
