Qualifications

• Must hold Iowa Coaching Endorsement or Coaching Authorization.
• Strong communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
• Coaching and/or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in the operation of the athletic program.
• Coaches and instructs players on rules, equipment, and techniques as determined by the head coach.
• Monitors student-athletes' academic performance to ensure eligibility.
• Attends meetings and events to support program development and student participation.
• Maintains necessary records and supports compliance with district policies.
