Job summary

Comcast is seeking a leader to manage strategic direction and oversee the build and deployment of functional systems and technology initiatives in the United States. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, lead requirement analysis, and ensure projects align with organizational strategies to improve employee experiences.

You will mentor teams, review designs, orchestrate build, test, and deployment, and collaborate with stakeholders to define deliverables.

Qualifications

• Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements from stakeholders.
• Ability to drive requirements across multiple teams and platforms.
• Adept at defining and prioritizing system enhancements and changes.

Responsibilities

• Managing relationships with business stakeholders to define product and technical requirements for system initiatives
• Leading analysis efforts to determine comprehensive business requirements
• Developing team members through strategic plans, recommended learning paths, and mentorship
• Overseeing the provision and review of business requirements and designs for system implementations
• Orchestrating build, test, and deployment activities for functional platforms
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding and agreement on project deliverables
• Monitoring and communicating changes to agreed deliverables, escalating as necessary
• Recommending and executing functional platform enhancements in conjunction with stakeholders
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
